Daniel writes and edits the blog and guide content, turning published research into plain-language explanations. Before joining the team he covered metabolic health topics for a health information publisher, where he learned to trace every claim back to a source. He keeps a running list of reader questions - the ones that show up in email - and builds the site's FAQ sections from the questions people actually ask.

Priya maintains the food database itself - the USDA records, the serving-size conversions, and the verdict engine's rule set.
